The firm for the last 20 years acted for a major national Children's Charity on all their property matters, in relation both to their High Street shops and to the premises from which they run their charitable projects.
We have therefore built up a wealth of experience of the particular issues which need to be addressed by charities in relation to their properties and we are of course familiar with the requirements and procedures of the Charities Act 1993 in relation to property acquisition and disposal. We are also able to bring our general commercial property experience into play when acting for charities to ensure they achieve the best possible outcome on their property dealings.
