We regularly advise banks, financial institutions and borrowers on debt finance and security arrangements. Our banking & security team operates as part of the corporate group and is led by Jeremy Brockis.
By blending our special resources in banking, commercial property and security we ensure that finance is provided, or obtained, on commercially appropriate terms and that security is robustly structured. We adopt an unstuffy approach and know that clients expect their lawyers to identify the key points on a deal and not waste time on unimportant legal issues.
