The Non-HR workshops are designed to assist businesses without a dedicated HR department to understand the complexities and developments in Employment Law. Topic of Workshop: Disability Discrimination

This workshop will bring you up to date with important changes to disability discrimination, introduced by the Equality Bill including the new concept of "discrimination arising from disability" and "indirect disability discrimination" plus reference to the remaining provisions of the Equality Bill not covered by the previous workshops, including equal pay.
