Sandra is a partner and Head of Residential Conveyancing in the Harpenden branch of Taylor Walton.

After graduating from St Anne's College, Oxford University, Sandra qualified as a solicitor at the end of her training contract with Radcliffes in Westminster. Subsequently she worked as assistant to Head of Commercial Property Department at Linklaters and Travers Smith. Sandra then moved to Theodore Goddard to work with Mark Gilbert in a dynamic and rapidly-expanding Commercial Property team.

After a short career break with her children Sandra was appointed second in command to the Legal Department for land acquisition at Rialto Homes plc before returning to private practice with Kingsford Stacey Blackwell where she was made an Associate.

Sandra has extensive experience in commercial property matters but is also fully versed in residential conveyancing transactions. She believes that efficiency, empathy and complete discretion are essential to provide the bespoke personal service in which her team takes great pride. Moving home can be a very stressful life experience and Sandra has many glowing testimonials from clients who have appreciated the contribution made by her and her team in easing the house buying and selling process.

Sandra believes in the importance of establishing a strong personal relationship with her clients and welcomes the opportunity to have an initial discussion as to their needs and wishes in advance of formal instructions.

Leisure:

"Free time" is an unrealistic dream for working mothers but when not otherwise committed (!) Sandra enjoys running, reading and going to the theatre (though not all at the same time!).
